PREVENTATIVE CLEANINGS

Whether you need a “typical” cleaning or a “deeper” Scaling and Root Planing procedure, ur goal is to work together to support your oral health and help you maintain a healthy beautiful smile that looks and feels great for many years to come.

NECESSARY RADIOGRAPHS

At Spring Street Dentalcare, we have the most up-to-date capabilities in dental radiography. Our Digital radiographs are utilized to detect cavities, both large and small, as well as to serve as a secondary look at the apex, or the area around the tip of the root. Early detection of decay is key to maintaining optimal health.

COMPREHENSIVE ORAL EVALUATION

A comprehensive oral evaluation includes a review of medical history, an oral cancer screening, an evaluation of soft and hard tissues, a review of diagnostic radiographs, detection of tooth decay, and an evaluation of TMJ and occlusion. These components will be used to discuss your oral health goals and identify your treatment options.

PERIODIC ORAL EXAMINATIONS

For our active patients, we offer periodic examinations which allow us to detect any changes to your oral health.

PERIODONTAL THERAPY

In the presence of bone loss and periodontal disease, periodontal therapy may be required. In periodontal therapy our goal is to remove deep pockets of calculus and to provide proper education to restore and maintain proper oral health.

ROOT CANALS

A Root Canal Treatment is essentially a deep filling in the tooth. In a root canal procedure, our goal is to help eradicate the bacteria from the inside of the tooth. Our first line of care will always be to salvage the tooth, and in some cases, a root canal is necessary to restore the tooth to proper health.

TOOTH EXTRACTIONS

At Spring Street Dentalcare our goal is to provide you with a beautiful and healthy smile. Our desire is to salvage and restore your own teeth to proper health. However, we understand that this may not always be the case due to previous trauma to your tooth or decay. Removing a tooth is typically the last option after other treatment options have been discussed and determined to be ineffective.

EMERGENCY EXAMINATIONS

At Spring Street Dentalcare, our staff is dedicated to the well-being of our patient family. We understand that even with the best of care, emergency situations can develop, and we work hard to see you for an emergency examination the same day you need it. Though we cannot always guarantee treatment that same day, our dentist will determine the best course necessary for your unique situation and will help you handle it appropriately. TOOTH-COLORED FILLINGS

With a tooth-colored filling at Spring Street Dentalcare, our dentist and expanded function dental assistants will help you get your comfort and smile back quickly, easily, and beautifully.

Tooth-colored fillings are made of a composite resin, that is specifically utilized in the mouth. These filings are placed while the material is somewhat soft and pliable, is shaped and formed to perfectly fit your natural dental anatomy. A light is utilized to polymerize the material into a strong, natural, and beautiful tooth restoration. It is then polished to exactly fit your bite, for a natural feel.

MOUTH GUARDS

At Spring Street Dentalcare we are able to make night guards, TMJ guards, and sports guards.

We have many options available to make a custom guard just for you, and our dentist will perform all necessary examinations to determine which option is best for you.

ORAL CANCER SCREENINGS

Included with every complete examination is oral cancer visual and tactile screening. The goal of an oral cancer screening is to help you recognize the signs of oral cancer as soon as possible
